CSDE: “Stress less” college planning

The stress of post-high school planning is real. Between applications, deadlines, and pressure to have it all figured out, students and caregivers alike can feel haunted by the looming presence of “what’s next.” So we met them where they were: overwhelmed.

With a clever twist on the horror genre, we dramatized the anxiety of planning for the future, only to show that the monster under the bed isn’t so scary when you’ve got support.

In a companion video, students and caregivers are hilariously stalked by a marching band representing college…because sometimes it really does feel like college is following you everywhere. Fortunately, CSDE offers guidance that cuts through the noise.

Paired with geofencing companion banners, radio, and print collateral in six different languages, the resulting campaign validated the stress, then replaced it a calm plan.
